I used Microsoft Co Pilot in my holiday to track my budget.
Let see how :)
First I record my daily costs in a tolls. For you this can be Excel or else. I used Whats up messages.
Then I copy these cost to Microsoft Co Pilot and asked Co Pilot to group these costs per cost groups.
Vales that I share are not real but similar.
These are the costs for 2 days:
Co Pilot Grouped as: "Can you group these costs below per cost groups and sum up please"
I wanted taxi cost to be considered in transportation.
Then I asked Co Pilot to make a budget for my travel with these values: "While these costs are for 2 days. If so what will my travel cost for 7 days? Please give by cost group and show me the total."
Then I asked Co pilot what if I reduce my costs: "If I can reduce my daily cost of food to 50 , can you please re calculate the budget."
Then I asked to have a pie chart for my costs per category.
I asked to have a line chart daily.
You can ask to analyse why the costs are higher in a specific date.
As you can see , Copilot can help you to plan your budget for a travel easily.
