Issue Tracker as BC extension
🆕 The Keoma Task Tracker, a Ticket System for Business Central – Every Software Project needs an Issue Tracker, every Support process needs a matching tool. Usually a tool like Trello, Jira or whatever is used. Its always an external tool. The customer's employees have to use that additional tool, have to learn how to handle, need a new password. The tool is more burden than relief as always.

🏢 In Business Central projects i use an internal Issue Tracker, the Keoma Task Tracker. I have developed that extension within a couple of days. It's simple, simple to use, has everything which is neede during a software project, eg. an upgrade project. It can be used as the permanent company Issue Tracker when errors occur, features are needed or questions pop up. I made the experience: People like to stay in the main system. They like it to handle the issue within the system. Simple, clear, understandable.
