Unable to Print from report preview window

A customer reported that they are not able to print a report after they had used the Preview function. Th Print function on the report pop up window still works. I checked in a few different environments and it's the same everywhere.
It has not been acknowledged as a known issue yet.
Has anybody else seen or heard of this today?

I have the same question (0)

I would try a different browser but I have seen from other users this seems to be a V27.5 and V28. Here are some other conversations related to this issue:

I would recommend reporting this to Microsoft if you have a support agreement with them or reporting it to your partner and they can submit a case to microsoft. You may also want to make sure you are on the most recent version of BC when v28.1 is released and also update your Windows version if there are any updates.

    Hello,
Yes, I’ve seen the same behavior reported by a few users recently, but I haven’t seen it officially listed yet as a Business Central known issue; normally this should work, because Microsoft documents that after using Preview, the user should still be able to go back to the request page and print, and the preview window itself also has its own Print option. Since you reproduced it across different environments, I’d treat it as a possible platform/browser regression and raise it to Microsoft through the admin center/support with exact BC version, browser, report ID, and steps; as a workaround, users can print directly from the first Print button, or print/download from inside the preview window if available.

    Regards,
