We have been reviewing the F&O licence usage summary but are unable to identify the permissions related to “not entitled AOT access.” For example, under the Receiving Clerk role licences, we found 12 instances of not entitled access. When we tried to locate these through Security configuration > View permissions, the resources were not visible. Do you have any guidance on how to identify these not entitled permissions within the security role?
According to Microsoft’s recommendations, updates have been made in this area of the product starting from Application version 10.0.45 (10.0.2345.86+) / ProductUpdate69 / Platform build 7.0.7690.75.
If you are not yet on this version (or a later one), you will need to either wait for the next PQU to be installed on your environment or install it yourself on a sandbox to analyze the issue.
Please note, however, that I am not entirely sure this package will resolve all anomalies related to this topic, as I am already encountering issues on the version mentioned above.
