The error “Content-ID Reference '$5' does not exist in the batch context” occurs because a batch operation during quote confirmation is trying to reference a

record that was never successfully created earlier in the transaction.

In your case, this is related to the charges (csi_maintaincharges / BusinessDocumentMarkupTransactionEntity).

The root cause is typically a failure in charge creation due to misconfiguration, invalid data, or customizations/plugins interfering with the process.

To resolve it, you should validate charge setup, test without charges, check custom plugins, and review detailed logs to identify which operation in the batch is

failing before the reference is used.

I tried removing the maintain charges from quote in F&O but still getting the same error. We have Integration between charges through DW. Not sure whats the root cause here. But its coming from charges . All the fields which are mapped are text field in .
