Master Data Synchronization Jobs Disappear After Running for Some Time

I have issues with Master Data Synchronization in Business Central. Some synchronization jobs work for a while but later disappear automatically — as if they were deleted — without any clear reason.

Also, some jobs don’t trigger at all, even though changes were made in the source company (for example, creating a new customer). It looks like no synchronization event is fired in those cases.

Has anyone experienced similar behavior or knows what could cause these jobs to stop triggering or to be deleted automatically?

Thanks,

Milos

Master Data Synchronization Jobs Disappear After Running for Some Time
    Hi,

Master Data Synchronization jobs can disappear or stop working because:
    > The environment was refreshed from another environment (jobs are removed during refresh).
    > Jobs fail repeatedly or remain inactive, so the system cleans them up.
    > Change Tracking is disabled or customizations block integration events, so triggers don’t fire.

    To avoid this:
    > Enable Change Tracking on source and target tables.
    > Make jobs recurring in Job Queue.
    > Reconfigure after environment refresh.

    Thanks

Master Data Synchronization Jobs Disappear After Running for Some Time
    Hi,

    Some additional questions:
    • Is Data Synchronization still enabled after they dissapear ?
    • Is this happening after environment update or after publishing extensions that are touching in the tables in scope of replication ?

Running the job as " syncronize now" might trigger a one time job creation if a job is scheduled to run only once, after it's processed it dissapears (like a one time process). Try creating the jobs, and checking their status to be set to ready and letting the system process then.
