Custom Alert while creating new customer not working D365 FSCM

I have created new custom alert from CustTableListPage, the condition is when ever a user creates a customer someone should get email alert

Kindly help me to resolve it

@Subramani Sivan, I have created a custom alert in cust table list page

When a new customer is created, someone will get email alert, the Alert is not triggering

there is no error message

Please confirm "Change based Alert" batch job is configured correctly and it is executing, not in withhold status.

For one Job I have changed the recurrence still, I am not getting email alert

Still the email alert not coming

Please enter 1 instead of 0 in the Count column (this determines the repeat interval in minutes).

You have currently selected a recurring batch job with 0 minutes, which is invalid.

If you want the batch job to run every 1 minute, enter 1; if you want it to run every 10 minutes, enter 10.

@Anwar Saheed - Please share screenshot of whole batch job. I hope it has been configured properly. Batch tasks are created with correct class name.

Hi Anwar,

As I see notifications about customers created, it can be the case that the alert is working, but there is also another batch job required for sending emails from the emails status page.
Please check if the Email parameters are configured correctly and if the Email distributor batch is running.

You can check for pending emails using the next navigation as well: System Administration > Periodic tasks, Email processing > Batch email sending status.

SysEmailParameters - Configuration was missing in Sandbox.

When I entered the SMTP setting, the alert is working
