Microsoft loop - jira integration setup

I'm attempting to follow the steps in this blog post on integrating loop with Jira Jira integration with Microsoft Loop

However, when I do so, the popup that comes up for me doesn't have a Proceed button, it seems like it should be lower in the box but I can't scroll, or drag through the text, or in any way that I've tried get my cursor onto it so I can click Proceed and start the integration. Any tips?

    The missing “Proceed” button is caused by a UI rendering issue in the popup (likely due to zoom, screen resolution, or browser scaling).
     
    Reducing browser zoom, switching to full screen, or using a different browser like Edge usually resolves the issue and makes the button accessible.

    You're at a wrong place, because this site is about Microsoft Dynamics, not Microsoft Loop or Jira.
    Unfortunately, I'm not sure what's the best place for your question. I'd try Microsoft 365 forum on Tech Community.
