Hello all!
I've gotten stuck in setting up OCR for my company. I did the OCR set up, paid the premium plan so I can bring in the lines, and I was able to upload a document send it to the OCR, identify header information and lines, but when the OCR exported the information back to BC, the line information did not come through and it did not create an error. Additionally, it didn't give me the option to "create document." Anyone have an idea about what went wrong....?
In troubleshooting the issue, I found this video:
Bing Videos. In the video the presenter goes to a page called Document Journal which doesn't come up in my Dynamics 365 BC. Did I miss a set up or turning an important feature on?
I've also seen in some places reference to Dynamics 365 for Finance. Is this a special license or add on?
