Hi All,

I have a query regarding form views. Currently, our branches are using their own personal views across different forms. We want to restrict users to use only the Standard view. I also noticed that the Standard view cannot be published from my user. Is there any way to enforce the use of Standard view or restrict users from using personal/custom views?

Hi Rashid,

You can manage using the Personalization page which users are allowed to make personalizations at all or for which forms they are allowed to do this.
On the same page, you can also delete existing views from the users.

The Standard view can't be published as all users already have this default. This is a view without any personalization.

Hello,

The Publish button is disabled because you are trying to publish the standard view.
To resolve this, please create a new view first:

Make a modification to your form (for example, add or edit a field).

Save the form. This will automatically create a new view.

You should then be able to publish the new view.

There are options to restrict this for the user.

I have a blog around personalisation

Search in the blog for Personalization page and you will find options for restrictions

Personalization - Create, manage & publish views

Thanks for the reply.

As I mentioned, I want to delete all the custom / personilization views for all branch users. We have 150+ branches, how I can do this? and how to restrict all the users make any personlization in bulk or one go.

Hi,

I am not sure what you mean by "branch" in this case. I guess its maybe legal entities within your F&O environment?

But regarding your question, you can do it here in bulk:

1.: Disables all personalization

2.: Deletes all personalisation

Hi,

I want to delete personlization for specifiic users on the specific form. Not all personlization on all forms.
