hoping someone can assist.

I have set up a few financial tags that I want to inherit automatically from the PO (Vendor & PO# on the Header, and then ItemNumber on the Lines)

My Rule (for Vendor Number):

When I create a PO, i get this error on creation, and carrying out any update to the PO:

Hello,

It doesn't looks tied the tag, but the intrastat. The PO is used on for the document reference for the Intrastat record.

Can you check the PO number if it's already used? You can even check the sequence number tied the PO:
