How to notify warehouse operative when QA is completed

Hi all,

There is a requirement from the user that notify the warehouse operative when QA is completed.
Warehouse receipt, put away is enabled in the location.

In the standard, there is no notification/alert in BC.
When warehouse receipt is completed, the system automatically create a warehouse put away document.
I was thinking if we can use tile from the dashboard to achieve it.
Can we create a tile to show the number of warehouse put away document with the item that QA has been passed and completed?

I don't find any simple way to achieve it.

has anyone have any throught?
I have the same question (0)

Hi, no pure config way for this, cues are FlowFields on a Cue table tied to the role center, you can't add a new one from the web client. Somebody needs a small extension either way.
If QA passed lives on a field somewhere already, lot, warehouse activity line, whatever, the tile itself is not much work, add a FlowField to the warehouse role center's cue table counting Put-away lines filtered on that field, wire it into a cuegroup. Cheap once you know where the flag actually sits.
Tile only helps if the operative remembers to look at the role center though. A custom workflow event gets you a real push instead, email or notification inbox, but it is more AL than the cue, you're registering the event, raising it at the right point, wiring compatible responses, then each recipient still needs Workflow User Notification Setup and a schedule or it just sits there. Worth it if missing QA matters, overkill if a tile would do.

Glad to help - follow up if anything is unclear.
►  If this solved it, marking it verified helps others too.

Have you tried the "field monitor" feature? It can send emails automatically.
For example, you can set it up to automatically notify an administrator whenever a specific status field changes.

    Thanks
