Hello,

when user is trying to login to production floor execution they are getting below error. we have 1 absence group and inside that absence group there are few Absence code for which the Registration = true.

"
Cannot register on absence codes or absence code groups"

What are the indirect acitivites created in your environment, is there anything with regtype = absence.

Yes, for all Employee No (Personnel number) and for all user ids. We were doing some performance testing, so we thought to remove Absent reason screen if we clock out early or clock in late. we removed the registration from Absent codes. Then we start getting "The terminal is not configured for use. Please contact your system administrator." error. After that we changed back the Registration to True for those Absence Codes. and we start getting the

"Cannot register on absence codes or absence code groups" error.

Hello @CA Neeraj Kumar, yes this is what we did at first to check something by removing all Registration check from all Absence Codes. but then we get error replated to Configuration. before that all working fine. Later we updated registration on absence code to true. than we start getting this error.

Can you please try to untick those boolean of registration on Absence codes and then try? What's the purpose of ticking registration boolean on absence code in your scenario.

You can't directly register on absence jobs. Users can open the absence registration page.
