I'm getting a "Number sequence 0 does not exist" error message while trying to import invoice from external program. I checked already Number Sequences under Organization Administration, but maybe I should check something else.
There is no issue while creating journal manually. Is there a place in D365 FO where I can see more details about that kind of error?

And what type of invoice it is ? vendor invoice or sales invoice, or project invoice. If this is vendor invoice, is that using pending vendor invoice or invoicing journal (cost invoice)

@Martin Dráb We sent through interface and we have multiple companies setup and only this one giving error.
@Sohaib Cheema this is vendor invoice, we using invoicing journal for that

I'm sorry, but saying that you're interface doesn't say anything at all. Of course that communication between systems requires some kind of interface between them, so that's nothing revealing. The question is what kind of interface you use and how. For example, that you're using data entities (and which ones) through OData, a data management API (which one), virtual entities or so, or you're using a custom service (and how it's implemented), or a custom solution...

We can't help you if you don't do your part and don't describe your situation.

Hi,

This type of issue has been raised multiple times in past.

Can you check the number sequence code you are using for this? What is the scope define for number sequence is it legal entity or company? If it is legal entity then can you use company?

Also, Check on number sequence setup what is reference defined? Do you have right refenece for invoice journal?
