how to integrate Dynamic 365 CRM

How can I integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with my info website, to better manage customer orders and enhance user experience?

I run a website focused on solar nail designs, and we get a decent volume of online orders and inquiries. I’m looking for the best way to:

  1. Automatically sync customer order data from the website to Dynamics 365.
  2. Use Dynamics 365 to manage customer interactions and create personalized follow-ups.
  3. Track sales performance directly through the platform.

Has anyone implemented something similar? Any recommended connectors or best practices to make this seamless?

Thanks in advance for any tips or advice!

Here would be approach for this :

    1. Automatically sync customer order data from the website to Dynamics 365.
Implement a Webhook or API endpoint:
When an order is placed, your site sends an HTTP POST with order details to Power Automate.
Use the HTTP Request trigger in Power Automate:
Trigger: “When an HTTP request is received”
Action: Parse JSON → Create record in Dynamics 365.

    2. Use Dynamics 365 to manage customer interactions and create personalized follow-ups.

Use Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Marketing modules:
Customer Timeline: Track all interactions (orders, inquiries, emails, chats) in one place.
    Automated Follow-Ups:
Create Power Automate flows to send personalized emails after an order (e.g. “Thank you for your Solar Nail Design order!”).

Marketing Module you can use to run the campaign or special offer.

    3. Track sales performance directly through the platform.
Use Sales Dashboard in Dynamics 365:
Use Opportunities and Orders entities to track pipeline and revenue.
KPIs: Total Orders, Revenue by Design Type, Repeat Customers.
