How can I integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with my info website, to better manage customer orders and enhance user experience?
I run a website focused on solar nail designs, and we get a decent volume of online orders and inquiries. I’m looking for the best way to:
- Automatically sync customer order data from the website to Dynamics 365.
- Use Dynamics 365 to manage customer interactions and create personalized follow-ups.
- Track sales performance directly through the platform.
Has anyone implemented something similar? Any recommended connectors or best practices to make this seamless?
