External Reporting Social Data - Data Collection Plan does not generate requests

Hi Team,
 
I'm trying to configure a data collection plan for some of my social data. But once I try to generate the data requests automatically, it gives me a generic error message.
Does anyone know what the issue might be? Should I use a different sustainability topic? There are no specific tables for social data (e.g. nr. of employees), the data model only gives concept, concept groups or facts.
 
I'm happy for any idea!

    Hi - Can you please check if the users added as Data owners to the plan are part of the "Sustainability data owner" group. Role privilege check has been implemented before creating data requests.

    Hi, thanks for the answer. So the users are added as data owners within MSM Data Collection and they have the security role Sustainability Data Owner assigned. I still get the same unspecific error message.
     
    Is there another place/group where I have to add them?

    Hi - Can you check if the status of the Plan got changed to Active? We have a known issue that the error message is generic. Data requests can be created only for plans that are in New state. Will address this in the upcoming release. 
     
    Please try creating another plan with appropriate configuration (state = new) and validate if requests are getting created.

    Just wanted to confirm i have same issue for some time now, and have tried a lot to figure this out as it worked initially. (and i am talking all kinds of data request i want to generate, not just social)
     
    @Subhajit Chatterjee when you say State = New, do you mean draft? I do not see a state that can equal New.
     
    And i have tried Draft state also, same error.
