Dear Community members,

I am experiencing an issue with the e-invoicing setup in Malaysia. The configuration has been completed following Microsoft’s official documentation, specifically for the Malaysia (MYS) localization. However, I am encountering an error during the document creation/export stage and am unable to proceed.

Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this issue and advise on the necessary steps to resolve it?

Have you entered Application Specific Parameters in particular legal entity for e-invoicing format & marked ASP as Complete?
