Error with Payment Plugin

This one may be beyond this community but I'm throwing it out there.
 
Our payment solution in Business Central (iSolutions/iPayments) has been great but we're getting an error with some online transactions.  They suggest it's an error in our environment, but we have no non-oob modifications other than this plug-in.
 
Here is the error:
 


So, any thoughts?  Seems to me this is a problem for them to solve, they don't think so.
