I’m facing an issue with a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations sandbox environment that was created through the Power Platform Admin Center, and I’m hoping someone has found a solution or workaround.
Scenario:
- The environment does have Finance & Operations installed
- I can see:
- Finance and Operations apps
- Dual-write
- Finance and Operations URL
- I can see:
- However, the environment is NOT linked to Lifecycle Services (LCS)
Problem:
- I don’t see any option to link the environment to LCS in Power Platform Admin Center (no “Finance and Operations” section under Settings)
- The environment also does not appear in LCS → Environments
- Because of this, I cannot deploy deployable packages
