Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

I am having issues adding the Outlook app to users today. This is not normally a problem i encounter when switching users from one CRM environment into another and connecting their Outlook app. I enable the mailbox in the appropriate CRM and then use the Microsoft Dynamics 365n App for Outlook to add the user to the app. It usually syncs within minutes. Today I keep getting the "Issue when adding to Outlook" status and when I click on the Learn More link it does not provide any information as to the issue. It has been a problem since last Friday I believe (colleague tried to switch a user late in the day Friday and it didn't sync over the weekend). I tried again today with multiple users and different CRM environments and the same status reason displays for everyone.

    On the error message, there are also some technical details. Can you share these with us? I'm not sure if this it telling more about the root cause.

    I'm having this same issue.  On 2 brand new users.  No other users, who are already configured, are reporting any issues.

    No solution yet. Hoping someone will have something. It appears that all my users now have the error message, but have not encountered an send, receive or tracking issues as of yet. I'm concerned that the problem will escalate and start affecting user functionality as well. My IT team has suggested waiting for the Microsoft Weekend Maintenance, but I'm not sure that will resolve the issue.
     
    Any help on this would be appreciated.

    I opened a ticket with Microsoft and it seems they are working on the problem.
     
    I tried the deployment again today and both of my new users deployed successfully.
