In the attached image , i want to hide Text Message button but cant see in Ribbon customization .its available in home /main but cant see in ribbon customization How to hide it.

Based on the snip i hope you are CE or BC
but please find the snip from D-365
Go the Page and right Client : Will be option of Personalize
Click on Personalize then below page will pop-up click on Personalize this page
After Clicking personalize this page below snippet might open
Click on the Hide and Select the columns you wanted to hide
