Hi all, i have a problem to execute the fixed assets. the report not run because my customer has a number of assets around of 10.000 unit.

There is a limit of assets ?

Hi @casaburi,

Could you please try running the Fixed asset book report by applying a filter for around 20 fixed assets only, and let me know how much time it takes to generate?

Also, could you confirm whether you are running this report in the Production environment or in a Development/UAT environment, and which Tier the environment is (e.g., Tier-1, Tier-2, or higher)? This information will help us determine whether the issue is related to environment capacity or the report design.

You mentioned in your question that the report is not running. In a reply below, you mentioned that it took 20 minutes. Or did you get an error message after these 20 minutes? Have you already tried running the report via the batch framework as mentioned earlier?

Hi @Casaburi,

Please run the report in batch mode and check how much time it takes in total and it will help to understand whether there is any error or just due to huge data it is happening.

I think now I understand your issue. You used the number in the Italian number format. I was reading it as 10 assets only, but it actually represents 10K assets.

Are you running the report in the UI (not batch) and encountering the rendering error after 10 minutes (600 seconds)? Or are you running the report in batch mode and getting the error?

Is your report output size exceeding 4GB?

Do you receive any error messages at all?
