Our management team uses MacBooks. After doing a service for D365 F&O, their macbooks wont open the program and they just receive a spinning circle.
I have the same question (0)

I also have this issue, but it works using chrome; It looks to be a general Webkit issue, since it even locks up the web inspector. So the solution for now, until it's resolved by Apple, is to use an alternative browser.

    MacOS build: 15.6.1 (24G90)
    Safari: Version 18.6 (20621.3.11.11.3)

It's for iOS, but the same affects MacOS since it's the same engine.

Have you tried Chrome browser on one of the Macs?

    Hi ,

There is a similar post created where I provided some thoughts. See: Can't tap any menus after logging in MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation (it seems frozen)

In your case, you mentioned that you just updated to Dynamics 365 F&O version 10.0.44. Was there also another change on the MacBooks? Do you still have an environment running on an older version of F&O? If so, it this working correctly on the same MacBook?

I wonder if an update has caused the issue. Do you usually test the update before taking them to production?
