Issue with Counting Plan Generating Work Orders for the Same Locations

Hi Team,

We have configured a counting plan to run on a daily basis, processing 10 orders per day as per the requirement. The setup has been implemented in the system accordingly.

However, we have over 400 locations, and the system is generating counting work orders per location. The issue we are facing is that even after completing the counting work order for a specific location, the system is generating a new work order for the same location the next day instead of selecting a different location.

Could you please review this and suggest a resolution?

    Hi Laurens,

I tried your approach of using 'Days between cycle counting,' but this field only segregates the work orders based on days, so it does not work for my requirement.

    Good day,

Are you already using the 'Days between cycle counting' setting?

This setting allows you to manage how often cycle counting work is created.

    Best regards,
