Subscription Billing / Renewal Quote error

I've created a renewal sales quote from a customer subscription contract. When I attempt to 'Make Order' I get the following error:

"Type must be equal to 'Item' in Sales Line: Document Type=Order, Document No.=xxxx, Line No.=40000. Current value is 'Subscription'.

It initially gave the same error for the three comment lines added to the quote by the renewal process, so I deleted those.

My contract is based on an item with Subscription Option = 'Subscription Item'.

The contract and billing side of things is working fine,

I'm running BC 26.1 online.

Any ideas?

Subscription Billing / Renewal Quote error

Hello,

you will need to remove or adjust any non-item lines before using the "Make Order" function.

This is a known limitation with subscription billing workflows and may require a support ticket or customization to resolve the same.

Can you share the Sales Quote Line Level screenshot, then it will be easy to check the error:

But currently what i understand is that you are not using the correct Type in Line Level.
