Help  option is not working in Microsoft Edge and Microsoft Chrome
 
BC version is 23.4
 
Request to provide solution.

    Just to add some information, please note that BC23 has reached end of support, please upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.

    We have the same issue with 23.2 on-prem version. 
    Seems that this was fixed in some next updates, but not sure which exactly.
