Dynamics Connector NAV 2013 and CRM 2015 - Error Integration failed

Hi,

When configuring Dynamics Connector, getting the below error message:

In Dynamics when doing configuration for NAV in adapter setting, we are getting the above error only for:

1) contacts

2) customer card

3) Sales Invoice

4) Posted Sales Invoice

5) Currencies

No error for items, payment terms, etc.

The connector is enabled in Navision and service has been re-started.  Any idea how to correct same?

    Dear Sumeet,

    I've been able to to troubleshoot same and have identify the cause.

    In fact, we have installed WAMP server in order to deploy APACHE and PHP used for integration of Dynamics CRM and Customer Portal.

    The Wamp server was causing the conflict with the Connector

    Thank you for your query!

    Can you please share with us the more detailed error?

    This issue is mainly occurred due to the mapping being done on the incorrect field. This error also indicates that the object has either been deleted or is no longer available.

    Did you check time for database & CRM server ?

    it should be same for Database, CRM & Domain Controller.

    Thanks Sandeep, but have already verified the link before posting the above post.

    Both NAV and CRM have language 'English' which are installed on different servers and have same time zone.  The integration page on NAV is displaying the correct wording 'Integration'

    Do you have any other idea.  Thanks for your support
