Looking in the customer ledger entry, Business Central does not always correctly report what entries have been applied to another. It is sometimes wrong in both "applied entries" and "detailed ledger entries". For example, a sales credit memo sometimes shows that another sales credit memo was applied to it. Is there a place in Bus Central where this information shows correctly? We want to pull this information to place a the bottom of printed sales invoices and printed sales credit memos, but need to find where it is correct.

As far as I know, a Sales Credit Memo cannot be applied to another Sales Credit Memo, and the same goes for invoices.

For example,

The system should be accurate, I think you should check what is causing this.

The most reliable way to identify which entries have been applied to a customer ledger entry, especially for accurate reporting on printed invoices or credit memos, is by querying the Cust. Ledger Entry Applied table, which tracks actual application relationships
