Your organization does not permit the use of custom code for solutions.
You need to create a view that can be viewed by all users in an organization.
Where should you create the view?

If you want all users in an environment to be able to see a view, it means you want to create a System View. These can only be created in the Maker portal (and in the old solution/configuration menu which was replaced by the maker portal), which is accessible by System Admins and System Customizers.

Any view created within the "List View", which is within CRM itself, will always be a Personal View and as such will not be available to other users unless shared.

Hi Vahid,

I think the answer is "Entities component of a solution" => This is where you create system views, which are organization-wide and visible to all users. It aligns with the requirement that does not use custom code.
