Thanks in advance.

@Community member You're getting answers about different products because you asked in the general forum (not in a forum specific to a particular product) and didn't mention the product in your question. Please add this information, so we can move the question to the right place.

As Dengliang Li, I also think you may be talking about F&O. But then a question is why you want to use table browser and not web services, which are there for your scenario.

If your Data is stored in Dataverse you can use this Python Package to retrieve Data from Tables.
The repository and Readme is here:
    https://github.com/fabipfr/DataversePython/blob/main/README.md

this package contains a get_rows() method where you can filter and choose columns to export.
check my blog for detailed examples of the function:

    https://blog.fabianpfriem.com/2025/08/how-to-getrows-in-dataversepython.html

    Installation: pip install DataversePython

after having the data in Python (This package is using pandas to handle data) you can use pandas to_excel() or to_csv() functions.

    hope this helps :)

    Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no api found in the D365 Finance and Operations documentation for Python to use to get entity data.
However, Table browser provides an option to export the data to Excel.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
