We have updated the certificate in Dynamics CRM 2016 on-premises. After that we are facing an issue while loading the web page
Reflecting an errror " DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID ". We are not sure why this error is causing.
And this error is causing only in UAT. We have deployed the same certificate in all other instances there it's working properly.
Check List
> Checked Certificate.
> Checked and reconfigured Claims-based authentication and IFD authentication.
> Checked ADFS relying parties.
> Checked the IIS Bindings.
> Checked the TLS properties .
> We have tried to Reinstall the Complete the CRM on UAT.
> After reinstalling the CRM we have configured the Deployment manager and Updated the Relying Parties .
After doing that also we were not able to load the CRM same error is reflecting in the CRM.
Please tell me if we can do to get the UAT CRM back online.
