Back dating transactions

Hi All,

I am behind in my account postings and when I try to post a transaction in a previous period the system is saying that I cannot post.

I know this is because of the Last Date used Parameter in the No. Series table.

Is there a way I can work around this? Other that going to the No. Series table each time?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

John

    Hi,

You could change your working date or the posting date depended on which transactions you post.

    Hi Hannes,

I tried changing the working date but it didn't work. I have to go to the No. Series table and change the Last Date Used to a date prior to the posting date that I need....

    Thanks,

    John

In the Number Series Page do you have the 'Date Order' field check on? If so, turn it off
