How to upload Deployable package to Unified Development and Sandbox F&O environment

Hi Everyone,

I would like to understand the process for importing the deployable package manually into the PPAC Unified dev and sandbox environments.

For LCS, we upload it to the asset library and then deploy it, but what about UDE? Could you please share any references.
