My Project Manager approached me saying the CRM ribbons in his outlook 2010 product had vanished.
So we did the old Lync thing and shared a screen and had a look,sure enough gone !!!
After investigating I notced one: the addin for it in outlook was disabled
two: things seemed to operate a tad differntly
The first was easy to fix,file tab at top left in outlook,click...open..options and into addins..turn it back on.
Part of it sorted,but still CRM ribbon was not back
I noted the old 2007 contact manger ribbon was partially there
That was the clue.
Obviuosly the OS reading different registry values from start up when we updated it
Searched the FIXIT centre for registry tools,found nothing straight away.
Got impatiant went to community forums and found this Gem called...

Problem fixed.Outlook ribbons back no issues since that was a week ago.
