Hi,

Recently we have seen clients with this error Please Enter A Valid Tax Registration Number in Dynamics GP 18.7 as there has no changes in Dynamics GP, anyone else encountered same error?

Hey Kantim,

I have not heard of this occurring for clients.

Can you provide more information?

What are the users doing when this occurs?

What module is this message occurring in?

Do they have any third parties that require the Tax Registration?

If yes, does disabling the third party stop it from occurring? (For testing only to help determine the cause. Not a solution).

Is it happening to all users?

Is there anything in common with the clients that are reporting this?

Is the client using VAT?

If yes, is the Tax Registration Number defined in the Company Setup Option window?
