Hi All,

We are upgrading our GP 2010 (SP4) to 2016.

Initially trying to upgrade from GP2010 to 2015. Now I am getting the below error when I am running the Utility of GP 2015. This is happening when the Company Table Upgrade process starts. Please help me to fix this. Thanks

    Hello Rashid,

What version of SQL Server are you performing this GP 2010 to GP 2015 upgrade on?

I ask because frequently when we see this type of error, it is because the upgrade isn't supported with that version of Dynamics GP you're upgrading to. Usually GP Utilities will do a version check and not allow the upgrade to continue if it detects a non-supported SQL version, but we have seen a case or two where customers have gotten past that, only to have it fail here for the same reason.

If you're using a supported SQL version for GP 2015, then we may need to see a dexsql.log generated of the error.

    Thank you,

Thanks Mr. Richard, I don't have Electronic Reconcile in GP 2010. So after removing this feature from 2015, this error is no more coming.

But Now I have the below error

Do you use Electronic Reconcile? It may be that this module did not get upgraded from  a previous upgrade. Look in your DU000020 table.

    SELECT [companyID]

         ,[PRODID]

         ,[versionMajor]

         ,[versionMinor]

         ,[versionBuild]

         ,[DEX_ROW_ID]

     FROM [DYNAMICS].[dbo].[DU000020]

    WHERE PRODID='1428'

    What are the version numbers?
