Creating Stock Counts from POS

I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue we've been experiencing with creating Stock Counts from within D365 Commerce. Whenever we go to create a Stock Count from the button at POS, after we submit it to HQ, it creates as a Movement without any journal name. The template we're using is set up as a Counting Journal, so I'm not sure how this is happening.

Steps we took:
1. Create a Counting Journal template
2. In Commerce Parameters, we set that journal as the default journal
3. We ran 1070 and 1090
4. Select Stock Count button within POS
5. Choose journal from available list
6. Add items and quantities to count
7. "Submit to HQ"

I know that previously, it wasn't possible to create Stock Counts from POS - only to update one created from HQ. But I believe this functionality has since been updated. We're on F&O version 10.0.43 and Commerce Version 9.51.24261.1. We also have feature "Improved Stock Count Operation at POS" enabled.
