Report printing shrunk ?

Hi All,

One of my users has reported that the report printing has shrunk.. short of resetting the printer settings back to default itself, I was wondering if there is anything within GP/reports that has some sort of print fit to page/shrinking. I looked at the HP drivers and did not find anything that is shrinking.

I only hesitate to reset the printer because there is a custom check print layout that is specific to this printer, resetting the printer might shift the check layout a bit.

If anyone has suggestions or what may possible cause report printing to shrink, please let me know.

I looked at an old print out vs current and it looks like it may have shrink like 5%.. Everyone else is sharing the same reports.dic so I'm not sure where this issue is coming from. Maybe a local setting to the workstation itself.
