outlook integration with business central in different tenants

Dear All,

I hope this email finds you well, currently we have a client having microsoft office in a different tenant managed by go daddy, and their business central is in another tenant when we make the integration between the outlook with business central it wasn't work, i know that the integration tool between outlook and business central lies on the storage of all BC and outlook at one tenant, i wonder if there another way to connect the outlook from go daddy with business central in a different tenant.

Hi, you're right — Outlook and Business Central integration generally requires both services to be in the same Microsoft 365 tenant. Cross-tenant integration isn’t supported out of the box. One workaround is to use Business Central's web services or Power Automate to bridge data between tenants, but full Outlook add-in functionality (like contact syncing or invoice lookups) won’t work across tenants. You might consider consolidating both into one tenant if tight integration is a priority.
