User license consumption not working

I have a problem with my license usage page. Since yesterday, it has been displaying a refresh date from year 1 and no longer showing any users. Am I the only one experiencing this problem? Thank you for your support.

    Open a support ticket with Microsoft if the issue persists, especially due to the incorrect refresh date.  or try with Clear browser cache or try a different browser to rule out UI rendering issues.

    As this is Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations related, I have moved your question from the Dynamics 365 General forum to Dynamics 365 Finance.

    The numbers on this main page of the report are taken from the production environments from your tenant. In case you don't have a production environment, then numbers are indeed not showing up. In case you have numbers, you can see also details from sandboxes. I have a test tenant without a production environment and the numbers are also not showing up. The refresh date is then also empty.

    In case this tenant has a production environment, please check again tomorrow. If the issue persists, you can then create a support ticket for Microsoft.
