Purchase Order Status Report with GL Line Items

If I run the Purchase Order Status report I only see inventory items.  Will it also pick up PO's where the line items are GL accounts?

    If you mean the report below, the main Dataitem is item, so it does not contain anything other than Item.

    Yes, this report displays only the item lines.
