Intelligent Order Management Settings panels empty

Intelligent Order Management trial in a Sandbox environment - all Settings pages are empty...  Under Core Settings, Admin home and General Settings are empty.  As is Power BI under Insight settings. Same for Teams Settings and Email settings.
 
If I can't get to the Settings pages, I can't configure the necessary features...

    Thanks Sohain, I've checked that the licence is assigned to the user and that all Intelligent Order Management roles have been assigned.
     
    I've created another Sandbox environment and have the same issue...

    Hi,
    A random check that comes to my mind, is the license assignment. Do you have an active trial or License assigned to the user?
