We are unable to change environment for the free trial version, for Dynamics contact centre. We need to test all features and channels with relevant data. Connecting to a staging environment would helps us immeasurable.
Contacted Microsoft support and all was said the trial version was connected by default to the trial environment, which just contains dummy data.
Also confusingly connecting an omni channel to the staging environment, not too sure if that is correct. Will that display in the contact service workspace all our staging data?
Is there anyways to switch environments please, as this would helps us a lot to demonstrate it as near as possible with live data.
For example displaying real cases from case management, within the contact service workspace.

Once demonstration of the Dynamics contact centre capabilities, we would then make a decision in purchasing a full licence for it.
