Getting access to my MS Account

I am very frustrated with MS and their constant push on AI solutions to my problem is simply accessing my MC Account. I need to interact with a real person. Over the years I seem to have two MS accounts the first was through Gmail and the second later one through Outlook. I can access that Outlook one with my password and interestingly it uses Gmail for 2-step verification. However, I have forget my Gmail password which is the one i did all my purchases on and continue payments. But I cannot access it. FRUSTRATED.

Now the story gets worse when I try to change my password and two-step verification process. It pushed me off to an AI process that always ends up blacklisting me. All I really want is to speak to a PERSON to get this problem resolved.

You accept my Gmail to verify my Outlook MS account but you wont give me access to my Gmail MS account. HOW CAN MY PROBLEM BE FIXED. IS THERE A PERSON SOMEWHERE THAT I CAN TALK TO. My telephone number changed over the years and I forgot to update in the system so I caused the problem. But at 76 years of age it is beyond me how to regain access to my MS Account.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Support cannot bypass account ownership verification. If the automated recovery process keeps failing, your best options are:

Recover access to the Gmail account first through Google Account Recovery since it is being used as your verification method.

Submit the Microsoft Account Recovery Form with as much historical information as possible (old passwords, contacts, purchase history, Xbox/Skype details, etc.).

Contact Microsoft Support through Microsoft Support Contact Page and request assistance from a live agent. Be aware that agents still cannot grant access unless account ownership is successfully verified.

The key issue is that Microsoft sees your Outlook account and Gmail account as separate identities. Being able to use Gmail as a verification method for one account does not prove ownership of the other account.
