D365 Sales Attach + D365 Customer Insights Attach licensing

I wonder If i understand correctly. If I have 25 licenses of 25 D365CS Ent Edition (Base) can I purchase 15 licenses of D365 Sales Ent Attach and D365 CI Attach? Since we hanve 25 base licenses 15 of them will be linked with Sales Enterprise in the attach vers. leaving to us 10 base licenses. So, is the following configuration correct:
 
D365 Customer Service Enterprise (Base) 25 units
D365 Sales Enterprise Edition Attach - 15 units
D365 Customer  Insights Attach - 1 unit
Total of 25 base-attach linkages us
