Microsoft keeps asking the particular user to sign it repeatedly. But it doesn't happen all the time. We have already performed the initial troubleshooting steps, including clearing the browser cache, tested in incognito and ensured to close all the other tabs closed while attempting sign in, still issue persists.
Browser extensions might blocking authentication so disable all extensions temporarily.
Create a new Edge profile and test.
System time incorrect , Ensure “Set time automatically” is ON.
