I'm curious if there is a way to create a view by filtering via multiple email address. Use case: lets say I have a list of 500 email addresses and wanted to create a view via Email field so the list is static. I know I can easily tag them all to one similar field and filter that way, but often fields are overwritten so those leads would disappear in the view
Looking for the same functionality found in Adobe Marketo, where I'm able to input multiple Email addresses onto one filter row, instead of creating a row for each Email (as pictured)
Would love to hear if anyone has a workaround for this
Create view by filtering via multiple email addresses
I would recommend looking into Marketing Lists, which are an included part of D365 Sales. They are pretty basic, but one of the great features is that you can create either static or dynamic marketing lists.
In this situation, you can create a marketing list and associate the contacts to it with something like Power Automate to loop through an excel file of email addresses. The contacts/leads associated to the marketing list will then remain static and as a member from that point forward.
