Fixed indirect costs and profit per item

Is it possible to set a fixed standard indirect cost for en item like this in d365 FO:
 
  direct material  
+ direct labour  
  sum direct cost  
x 1,6 (indirect cost)
  self cost  
x 1,25 (profit)
  sum with profit  
+ 11 % transportation cost
  sum with profit and transpo.  
x 2 (gross profit)
  gross price  
 
we need to set a fixed sum for direct cost per item. Is it possible to set the factor of 1,6 (indirect cost), 1,25 (profit) and 11% markup as a standard/fixed factor to multiply with?
