Please provide guidance on the following matter:
Can external vendors upload required attachments during the completion of the questionnaire within the Vendor Registration Wizard? The process we are testing is the prospective vendor registration request.
We can provide the user role "Vendor prospect (External)" to the vendor contact using the recommended workflow. The user ID is successfully created after the workflow is approved.
When the external vendor logs into F&O, they need to complete the questionnaire that is configured. Can the external vendor upload attachments during the wizard completion?

The client requires the external vendor to upload the required documents before the vendor account is created in F&O. They want the vendor to do this during the wizard. The internal users do not want to manually upload the attachments from the vendor onto F&O.
Your guidance regarding this situation would be greatly appreciated.
