Yes—those buttons are part of the standard command bar in Dynamics 365, and while there isn’t a single page explaining all of them together, there are official docs and community resources that explain each feature.

    Command Bar Buttons (Main Ribbon)
    • Save: Persists any changes made to the current record to the database.
    • New: Opens a blank form to create a brand-new record (such as another Opportunity).
    • MSTeams: Integrates the record with Microsoft Teams, allowing you to collaborate on this specific opportunity within a Teams channel.
    • Close as won: Transitions the Opportunity to a "Won" status, typically used when a deal is successfully completed.
    • Close as lost: Transitions the Opportunity to a "Lost" status if the deal did not move forward.
    • Recalculate: Updates calculated fields, such as estimated revenue or total amounts, based on the most recent data in related line items.
    • Sequences: Part of Sales Accelerator; allows you to view or connect the record to a pre-defined set of consecutive activities (like emails and calls) to guide the sales process.
    • Word Templates: Allows you to generate and download standardized Word documents (like quotes or summaries) prepopulated with data from this record.
    • Check Access: Shows a list of users and their specific permission levels (read, write, delete, etc.) for this individual record.
    • Refresh: Reloads the current page to ensure you are seeing the most up-to-date data without refreshing the entire browser.
    • Delete: Permanently removes this Opportunity record from the system.
    • Process: Provides options to switch to a different Business Process Flow (like the "Lead-to-opportunity" bar shown in the image) or abandon the current one.
    • Flow: Accesses Power Automate cloud flows that can be triggered manually for this specific record.
    • Assign: Changes the owner of the record to a different user or team.
    • Follow: Subscribes you to updates for this record so that changes appear in your "What’s New" or activity feeds.
    • Run Report: Allows you to run pre-configured SSRS or Power BI reports relevant to the Opportunity entity.

@SG-25031541-0  Process button is a standard feature of model‑driven apps (Dataverse) used for Business Process Flows (BPFs). It appears automatically when more than one BPF applies to a record and lets users switch to another process or abandon the current one. This behavior is out of the box and not customizable directly. Below are the links to understand BPF overview explains user switching between processes
